Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you that it has received the letter from the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (44104389) and the date (10/18/1444 AH), in which it is indicated that the Federation received the letter from the Food and Drug General Authority No. (25373 / p) and the date (10/17/1444 AH), It includes data from the World Organization for Animal Health (WOAH) dated (23/9/1444 AH) corresponding to (14/4/2023 AD), which states that the highly pathogenic avian influenza disease was controlled in the (todzkie) and (Wielkopolskie) counties of the Republic of Poland and that an outbreak was not recorded. new disease in them, and after referring to the recommendations issued by the World Organization for Animal Health in Article (4, 10) of the Land Animal Health Code, which indicates the possibility of lifting the ban.​

We inform you of the issuance of the Authority’s Decision No. (24901 / Q) dated (10/12/1444 AH) to lift the temporary ban imposed on the import of poultry meat and table eggs, their products, and equipment from (todzkie) and (Wielkopolskie) counties in the Republic of Poland.
